Tracy Smith


I have worked in estate agency since 1980, starting as a secretary and working my way up. I joined HP when we launched in 1991 & I bought the company in 2000. I have two daughters, two grandchildren & I’m lucky enough to work with my husband & my eldest daughter. In 2014 I was crowned Sussex Business Person of the Year & I have an amazing team around me who all share my passion for excellent customer service.

Sarah Evans

Client Liaison Manager

I got the property bug when I moved to Crawley in 1999. My experience of dealing with estate agents encouraged me to want to join the industry because the service I received wasn’t great & I was sure I could do better! So when an opportunity came up with Homes Partnership in 2009 I didn’t hesitate. My role of Client Liaison Manager for the branch enables me to assist clients all day long and my own life experiences help me to handle our transactions with empathy & understanding.

Adam Charlton

Business Development Manager

I strive to be the best property expert I can be, to provide my clients with the best advice every time. Experienced and qualified in both residential sales & lettings in addition to my Diploma in Surveying Practice - you will be hard pushed to find another agent with the knowledge base that I have for you to draw upon. I enjoy time with my wife Kirsty, my beautiful children Imogen and Bradley & my cat Ambrose.

It would appear no matter how hard I try, I’ll just never leave East Grinstead. Not only have I lived here my entire life I can now proudly say I work here and what better company to have this opportunity with than Homes Partnership. I know our historic East Grinstead from top to bottom! I know exactly what East Grinstead has to offer and it is a pleasure working with my very own community. I moved to Crawley in 1999 and joined the team at Homes Partnership in 2002 with the above in mind, and this remains my work ethic to this day. I'm extremely passionate about my job, will always put the customer first and I am proud to be have such a wonderful team alongside me who share the same viewpoint and customer service ethos.

I have worked in property management for a few years now and I can honestly say I've seen the good and the bad of how things can be done. I joined HP in 2004 as an estate agent but quickly decided I much preferred the world of mortgages! Less than 2 years later I joined our branch of Mortgage Advice Bureau. That was 10 years ago & I can honestly say that I love helping clients achieve their dream of buying homes. People say I must be good at maths, but honestly my job is far more about problem solving than maths & I’m an excellent problem solver. The part I love most about my job is the new people I get to meet & working with my wonderful colleagues in MAB & HP every day.

You're unlikely to find a degree in the arts on the CV of many mortgage administrators, but that didn't stop me making a career U-turn in 2002 & I haven't looked back since... well, I did escape once & had a few years on the run, but came home eventually! Always doing the right thing for our customers separates us from the humdrum & with such a large proportion of business coming from returning customers & their recommendations, it clearly works.

I joined Mortgage Advice Bureau in 2015 as an administrator, recruited for my old fashioned organisational skills, bubbly personality & focus on providing great customer service. I absolutely love my job & threw myself into learning as much as possible about this great company. With training & support from my colleagues after 5 short months I was promoted to Financial Adviser’s Assistant.
