So you’ve taken the plunge and you are on the market, what comes next? Well presenting your property in the best possible light will not only increase your chances of a successful sale; it will also help you gain the best price. From Sale to Completion
When your sale is agreed our dedicated Client Liaison Manager Sarah Evans takes over, liaising with all parties throughout the chain, solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to ensure everyone is kept informed and timely progress is made. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable about the conveyancing process so she understands realistic timescales. She picks up any early warning signals of potential problems and goes out of her way to eradicate any issues that do arise.
The average sale takes 12 weeks to go through and in that time our clients come to rely on Sarah to keep them updated, she builds a friendly yet professional relationship with them and she receives more chocolates and flowers than anyone else in the office (lucky for us she does share)! With her excellent customer service Sarah is certainly keeping the confectionery businesses in Crawley and East Grinstead busy!
