Homes Partnership offers three standard levels of service all at competitive fees: Tenant Find Only, Rent Collection and Full Management, and the best bit is that all of our letting services are managed under one roof so you have just one port of call for all your letting needs.

Our lettings team comprises Adam, Paul, Lara, Chloe and Jenna and between us we will accompany every viewer to your property in Crawley and East Grinstead. Once a tenant has been found we will reference them to the highest standard and the Tenancy Agreement will be prepared. We will advise you of all of your legal responsibilities and roles as a landlord to do all we can to minimise your potential risks as a landlord and to safeguard you for the term of your investment.

With years of experience under the team’s belt we are fully equipped to handle your tenancy from start to finish. It’s rare, but tenancies can sometimes go wrong and the true test of a team’s ability is when faced with a problem. We are always quick to act and offer you the honest advice to resolve the problem for you, the Landlord, as quickly as possible.

In-house Property Management

If you want us to take the strain and enjoy a hands-off approach to managing your property, you can find what you are looking for in the Full Management Service.

When selected, the full management service means that our Property Manager Chloe, who is based in both Crawley and East Grinstead, will look after the property the whole time it is let, organising quarterly inspections and should any maintenance or repair issues arise, we will deal with them and arrange for work to be carried out by one of the members of our extensive database of trustworthy and qualified contractors.

The Full Management service also includes ongoing advice and assistance in relation to the legal aspects of running a rental property.
