As soon as you have found a suitable property with us you will need to pay non-refundable fees to cover referencing and provide proof of your ID, we will send you a link to access the referencing application. When you move in we will provide information on who to contact for any maintenance issues that may arise and a ‘welcome to your home’ information sheet with useful contact numbers.

We will always provide you with a bespoke written quotation of all the tenant fees which could become payable prior to securing your rental property. Some fees will be specific to the circumstances of an individual or a particular property but we aim to keep things as simple as possible for you.
